*** based on November 2008 preliminary bill; Actual market clearing prices were utilized starting November 2008 supply month as per ERC Order dated October 20, 2008 on Case No. 2008-051RC; includes PhP0.02 per kWh increase to account for the difference between October preliminary and final bills, and adjustment in market fees for April to August 2008 bills

a - The dispatch figures shown are the capacity factors of the IPPs' power plants.
b - for GRAM, ICERA, Franchise and Benefits to Host Communities, and other billing adjustments
c - for Market Fees and billing adjustment for the previous month
d - adjustment for transmission line fee
e - inclusive of billing adjustments stated above
f - QPPL's generation cost increased by P0.2950 per kWh because of the increase in fixed cost per kWh, resulting from the decline in energy deliveries. This increase was partly mitigated by the slight decrease in fuel costs, which accounted for around 46% of QPPL's generation cost.
g - The generation cost of Sta. Rita and San Lorenzo in November 2008 decreased by P1.2507 per kWh and P1.8871 per kWh, respectively, because of a considerable drop in fuel costs and slightly higher dispatch. The sharp decline in fuel costs was attributed to the utilization of banked gas in November 2008, which comprised around 50% of fuel consumption of First Gas plants. Banked gas utilization will continue in December 2008.
h - represents the amount of PhP65.35 million pilferage recovery returned by Meralco to its customers
i - calculated based on the formula provisionally-approved by the ERC on June 27, 2007 in ERC Case No. 2007-111 RC
